May/June Graphic Design Challenge
Well Cherries all this talk about snacks for NSD is responsible for this month's challenge. Lol. I have chosen some snack packages for us to use for inspiration, including my all time favorite Ghirardelli dark chocolate squares, my latest hoard of Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies, and DH's very favorite Peanut M&Ms. And yes we did get him those big jars of them just like the one pictured here. Your challenge is to choose one of the snack packages below and use it for inspiration for your layout, card, or whatever it inspires you to create. Your inspiration MUST COME FROM SOMETHING OTHER THAN THE COLORS. You may by all means use the colors from the package if you'd like, but you don't have to. You must get your inspiration from another aspect of the design. Please let us know what package you chose and what it was that inspired you. Below are the snack packages to choose from.
I hope you can all find lots of inspiration from these package designs!
Open to paper, digi, hybrid, cards, crafts, planners, or anything else you are inspired to create.
There are a lot to choose from here so I am allowing multiple submissions up to a limit of 8.
You may combine with one other challenge that allows combining and you may also add to the Prompts Challenge.
Post your submissions to this thread by June 30th and a random winner of all participants will receive a $5 ACOT GC from me!
Most of all have fun!
Here is my page. I choose the Toasteds box and was inspired by the three circles to scrap my three grand doggies. I also was inspired by the paint swipes and the purple background. I was looking for a color to go with all the browns and golds I was using and the purple worked out great!

Great challenge! That layout is adorable!
OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.

Re: May/June Graphic Design Challenge
Here is one I did using this for my inspiration
Besides some of the colors the word DUOZ was my inspiration, I used 2 stars, 2 photos each with 2 people in it and each photo has a different background. I try to duo some of the patterened paper as well.

I was inspired by the Pistachios Image. I layered 3 patterned paper strips like the pistachios.
Group photo of some of the kids at our Easter Egg Hunt, March 2024. My older grandkids are good sports and play along with the younger kids. The 2 older granddaughters were working, but came later.

This was so fun! I gotta say, the restriction (not merely using colors as inspiration) really makes you think outside the box! I was inspired by the Ripples potato chips to use my scoreboard!
Combined with the Title challenge.

I ran with Deanna’s idea for the pistachio image.
